Gallagher’s service was impeccable. They were reliable, returned phone calls, were reassuring when we were faltering, and were the epitome of courtesy and friendliness. This applies to the brothers Gallagher and also to all of their staff and their fellow members in London, who helped out during the move.
The packing which they undertook on the day before the move from Newcastle was simply astonishing. We had a lot off paintings, and the professionalism of their packing was simply more than we could reasonably have expected: it was brilliant.
The move itself, over two days, was conducted fantastically: we were moved out of our house in about four hours, and we were moved in on the next day in about three hours, with parts of our household going to our new address, and to each of our children’s addresses too.The logistics, which included the use of an affiliate of the removal association in London, worked perfectly.
We cannot speak too highly of this company: we were extremely stressed, moving to London after 43 years in N/c, and the helpfulness and friendliness of all of the Gallagher brothers’ staff was tremendously encouraging. We can recommend them without reservation and would like to convey our gratitude again.
